We are curating for thinkers, doers, artists, and people with ideas for TEDxBend 2018. Our theme this year is still crystalizing but will connect back to our 2017 theme (Us Humans), while reflecting TED's 2018 theme. As always, researched-based ideas in the fields of engineering, science, technology, the social sciences and medicine are welcome, in addition to powerful narratives and stories. We also welcome emerging talent in dance, music, the fine arts and the performing arts.

Note: Talks cannot be commercial in nature. For example, authors ought not reference their book in their talks and corporate executives ought not reference their company or products. The exception to this rule is a presentation showcasing an invention.

Self-nominations are welcome. Applications accepted all year but for consideration for the 2018 event, please submit by Wednesday, November 14
