Amy Watson

Professionally, Amy Watson is passionate about marketing and how its influence can be used to help people make educated decisions that allow them to live their best lives. She earned her Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Arkansas with a focus on the intersection between consumer behavior and public policy. In addition to her role as an assistant professor in the College of Business at Oregon State University, she serves on the State of Oregon 529 Savings Board and co-facilitates an Opportunity Knocks group. Personally, she is passionate about broadening her understanding of other cultures through world travel with her husband Ben. She is an accomplished cook and loves forming relationships both locally and globally around the table by sharing delicious food and lively stories. Together they are the proud parents of 5 dogs, a parrot, two frogs and a fish.
